In the United States, nearly half of adults have hypertension. Only about 25 percent of adults with hypertension have their blood pressure under control.

The World Hypertension Day 2021 is tagged “Know your numbers” and we at health compass would mark it with a massive campaign to provide free screening of the blood pressure of several individuals within Uyo. The purpose of our campaign is to promote public awareness about hypertension while educating our community about prevention and control of diabetes through healthy lifestyles.
